2 ideas for building plugins

Hi,

i & some persian users have 2 ideas for building plugins.

1. Redirect upload attachments plugin
by this plugin and give user & pass of other host, attachments uploaded to other host or Where that it sets By the administrator.

2. Trash Plugin Similar to VB.
add:
- Elimination post
- Delete post (temporary)
- Hide post
