Checked the checkbox on an image with Adult Content to test this feature.
Image was approved. When viewing was presented with the prompt below.
[attachment=207]
clicked [YES] and nothing happended.
Repeated and clicked [NO] with the same result.

I have bypassed this option from within the configuration.
