Rename Gallery

Hi, just purchased the plugin and would like to know;
1.   if the gallery name can be changed from ezGallery?
2.   can I remove the stats option?
3.   if i purchase the copyright removal license is this permanent or just annual?

1. Yes in the language files in \inc\languages\english

2. Yes but requires editing the plugin
